RajSSO- AMS 5.9

RajSSO-AMS is an intuitive attendance capturing application designed for employees of the state government, specifically those employed by the Government of Rajasthan. The main aim of the application is to electronically document employee attendance and streamline the process, removing the need for physical signatures on daily office attendance registers.

• The app is currently undergoing a pilot phase and is exclusively available to employees of the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C), Government of Rajasthan. Subsequently, it will be rolled out to other departments within the state government.
• Users are required to authenticate using Rajasthan Single Sign On (RajSSO) credentials (SSOID/Password). Following successful authentication, employees can choose from options such as MARK-IN, MARK-OUT, OUT OF OFFICE, and ON LEAVE to record their attendance.
• In addition to capturing date and time, the application also records geo-location data, which can be later accessed and monitored on a GIS Map by the department's establishment section.
• Future updates post-pilot phase will include more features like biometric authentication, enhancing the application's functionality and usability for state government employees.
